Who this is for
Mission AI program owners and AI governance leads who need evidence-bound readiness and output assurance before a model is cleared for a mission role.
The problem you already have
A model can pass its own test suite and still be wrong for the mission
An AI system supporting a mission decision can clear every internal validation check while the evidence behind a specific output — the data it drew on, the confidence behind it — is exactly what a reviewer needs before trusting that output in context.
A matching file hash doesn't mean nothing else changed
The model weights can be byte-for-byte identical to what was approved while the training-data generation behind them was never re-verified, the runtime platform was upgraded, or the policy configuration wrapping the model's outputs was edited — none of which shows up in a hash comparison of the model file alone.
None of this requires your model weights or proprietary algorithms
Never requested, and structurally rejected if submitted: model weights, training data, proprietary algorithms, or production inference infrastructure access.
Real-World Operational Scenario: The Model Hash Matched — Everything Else Had Changed
Scenario: A deployed model's file hash is checked against the approved baseline before a mission cycle.
Same hash, same weights — by that measure, the same model.
WITHOUT this check: The hash matches, so the model is treated as unchanged and its prior mission authority carries forward automatically. But the runtime platform was upgraded three weeks ago and the policy configuration wrapping the model's outputs was edited last week. The model itself never moved — everything around it did, and none of that showed up in a hash comparison.
WITH this check: Authority is tied to a full generation — training data, model weights, policy configuration, software runtime, and platform — not the model hash alone. A change in any one dimension triggers revalidation, even when the weights file itself is byte-for-byte identical to what was approved.
What you provide
Redacted model-generation, policy-configuration, and deployment-tier metadata — data lineage, model/weights version, policy version, runtime/platform version — already logged by your MLOps pipeline. No model weights or training data are required.
What BivectorAI Provides
Full-Generation Authority, Not a Single File Hash
Mission authority is tied to the complete generation — data, model, policy, software, and platform together — so a change in any one dimension is caught even when the model file itself hasn't moved.
Decision Support and Autonomous Action Are Separately Authorized
An AI capability cleared to support a human decision — surfacing evidence, flagging anomalies, ranking priorities — doesn't automatically carry authorization to act on that output autonomously. The two are approved independently.
No Single Score Overrides a Failed Mandatory Check
A strong benchmark, trustworthiness score, or aggregate readiness rating can never substitute for a specific evidence requirement that wasn't actually met.
Hash-Sealed Certificates for Post-Event Review
Every authority classification traces back to the exact generation, evidence, and human-command boundary that justified it at the time.
What we will never ask you for
Never requested, and structurally rejected if submitted: model weights, training data, proprietary algorithms, or production inference infrastructure access, or your system's core design data. Every submission is checked against this rejection list before any evidence logic runs — a malformed or over-broad submission is blocked and reported back to you, not silently processed.
How it actually runs
What Is Proven Today
DEF-003 is available as a signed release candidate for controlled technical evaluation and integration diligence. The evidence below is based on executable product tests and representative synthetic customer-like acceptance. It is not named-customer acceptance, operational field validation, or government certification.
Five-Operation Mission-AI Assurance Contract
The frozen product contract contains exactly five operations:
HALLUCINATION_FIREWALL,
GENERATION_AUTHORITY_ASSESS,
DECISION_AUTHORITY_ASSESS,
MISSION_AI_ASSURANCE_SEAL, and
VERIFY_MISSION_AI_SEAL.
Functional Benchmark Evidence
Representative synthetic benchmark: 100/100 canonical cases, 300/300 executions, 100/100 byte-repeat cases, and 76 negative cases. Mean latency was 1.529509 ms, p95 2.003751 ms, and p99 2.231686 ms in the frozen benchmark environment.
Signed Release and Anti-Rollback Controls
The evaluated release uses a signed runtime release, signed offline license verification, release-state anti-rollback protection, explicit signed rollback authorization, a signed delivery archive, and signed release and diligence receipts.
Evaluated Runtime Supply Chain
The evaluated runtime closure contained 75 packages with 0 known RustSec vulnerabilities and 0 RustSec warnings in that frozen evaluation scope.
Representative Isolated Acceptance
Fresh isolated installation passed under the qualified
LOCAL_ONLY profile. The test environment had
PID 1 systemd, default-route count 0, unavailable external
egress, no visible source repository, unauthenticated API
rejection at HTTP 401, authenticated HTTP 200, and a passing
semantic response.
Human Authority Remains Mandatory
DEF-003 provides assurance evidence. It does not grant autonomous command authority, target-selection authority, weapon-control authority, or offensive-cyber authority. Customer-designated human authority remains required.
What Is Not Claimed
Not claimed: named-customer acceptance, operational field validation, DoD Authority to Operate, government product certification, CMMC certification, FedRAMP authorization, FIPS validation, formal air-gap certification, or direct private-core proof.
Evaluation Acceptance Path
The evaluation path is designed to let a prime, integrator, mission owner, or AI-governance team test the mission-AI assurance boundary before broader integration.
Controlled Due Diligence
A frozen, signed technical diligence dossier and signed release-candidate receipts are available for controlled review. The dossier binds the tested runtime, functional benchmark, supply-chain evidence, release controls, installation evidence, and representative synthetic customer-like acceptance without exposing private signing keys or product source code.
Start with a controlled DEF-003 evaluation and acquisition discussion. Customer-specific licensing and customer-approved acceptance remain separate gates before a real delivery can be marked ready.
Engagement path & current acquisition terms
DEF-003 · Tier B — Mission Software
Secures a defined diligence and exclusive-negotiation period. Any option credit is agreed in writing as part of the signed commercial terms.
Starting integration engineering, customer-safe adaptation, local/private deployment work, validation and acceptance evidence for the agreed environment.
Scope-dependent consideration for negotiated exclusivity in a defined field, program, platform class, territory and rights scope.
Engineering support, update access, security maintenance, evidence infrastructure and agreed sustainment services.
Applied to attributable net program revenue under the definitive agreement, subject to negotiated exclusions and accounting rules.
Commercial boundary. These are indicative starting terms, not a binding offer. Final price depends on exclusivity scope, field of use, territory, sublicensing, technical-data rights, integration obligations, export-control review, support requirements and definitive agreement.
IP boundary. Exclusive FOU does not automatically transfer ownership of BivectorAI Background IP. Worldwide/all-defense rights, sublicensing, source-level technical-data rights or assignment require separate negotiated consideration.
Controlled commercial surface
A controlled backend assessment surface currently exists for this capability.
Private / on-premise integration onlyNo automated PayPal checkout. Access is granted only under negotiated commercial entitlement.
Rights structure
Exclusive rights are defined by field of use, program scope, territory, term, sublicensing and technical-data rights. Underlying BivectorAI Background IP remains owned by BivectorAI unless expressly assigned.
Annual sustainment
May include updates, integration support, security maintenance, evidence infrastructure, validation support and agreed engineering services.
Revenue participation
Applied to attributable net program revenue under a definitive agreement with negotiated exclusions, reporting and audit terms.
