Who this is for
Tactical edge computing leads and mission-support engineering teams operating AI workloads under constrained compute, bandwidth, power, or thermal budgets.
The problem you already have
Constrained conditions are where AI assurance matters most and gets checked least
Edge AI running under constrained compute, bandwidth, power, thermal or disconnected conditions is the hardest environment to validate — and the one most likely to get less scrutiny precisely because it's harder to reach.
A model can keep producing output while quietly switching to a worse version of itself
When a workload splits across a forward node and a more capable rear node, losing the rear connection can trigger a silent fallback to a cached, reduced-accuracy local variant — and if that switch isn't flagged, the output keeps flowing looking the same as before, with no visible signal that its quality just dropped.
None of this requires your model weights or device firmware
Never requested, and structurally rejected if submitted: your model weights, proprietary edge-device firmware, or live tactical network access.
Real-World Operational Scenario: The Model That Kept Running While Quietly Switching to a Worse Version of Itself
Scenario: A tactical AI workload splits across a forward node and a more capable rear micro-data center.
The rear node runs the full model; the forward node handles preprocessing and local fallback.
WITHOUT this check: The rear node goes unreachable mid-mission. Nothing tells the operator anything changed — the forward node silently falls back to a cached, reduced-accuracy local variant and keeps producing outputs that look the same as before.
WITH this check: When the rear node disappears, the runtime compiles a local inference island from pre-cached variants and explicitly marks the output with a reduced-quality-class label — so downstream consumers know exactly which version produced it, instead of unknowingly trusting a degraded model as if it were the full one.
What you provide
Redacted execution-plan, model-variant, and node-availability metadata — which variant ran, compute/thermal/power state, reconnection and reconciliation events — already logged by your edge orchestration layer.
What BivectorAI Provides
Every Output Is Attributable to the Exact Model Variant That Produced It
A fallback to a reduced-accuracy local variant is labeled explicitly on the output, not hidden behind a workload that just keeps running.
No Single Signal Proves the Workload Is Actually Feasible
Container launch success, model-load success, accelerator presence, or average bandwidth are each checked, but none of them individually establishes that the full execution plan actually holds together.
Reconnection Triggers Reconciliation, Not Silent Resumption
When a disconnected node rejoins, plan, model-variant, and state generations are reconciled before distributed execution resumes — a stale plan is never blindly reused just because connectivity returned.
Evidence for Review, Not a Targeting or Engagement Function
Outputs are execution and quality evidence for your review — never target selection, weapon guidance, or engagement functionality of any kind.
What we will never ask you for
Never requested, and structurally rejected if submitted: your model weights, proprietary edge-device firmware, or live tactical network access, or your system's core design data. Every submission is checked against this rejection list before any evidence logic runs — a malformed or over-broad submission is blocked and reported back to you, not silently processed.

Engagement path & current acquisition terms
DEF-009 · Tier C — Strategic Sensing / Infrastructure
Secures a defined diligence and exclusive-negotiation period. Any option credit is agreed in writing as part of the signed commercial terms.
Starting integration engineering, customer-safe adaptation, local/private deployment work, validation and acceptance evidence for the agreed environment.
Scope-dependent consideration for negotiated exclusivity in a defined field, program, platform class, territory and rights scope.
Engineering support, update access, security maintenance, evidence infrastructure and agreed sustainment services.
Applied to attributable net program revenue under the definitive agreement, subject to negotiated exclusions and accounting rules.
Commercial boundary. These are indicative starting terms, not a binding offer. Final price depends on exclusivity scope, field of use, territory, sublicensing, technical-data rights, integration obligations, export-control review, support requirements and definitive agreement.
IP boundary. Exclusive FOU does not automatically transfer ownership of BivectorAI Background IP. Worldwide/all-defense rights, sublicensing, source-level technical-data rights or assignment require separate negotiated consideration.
Controlled commercial surface
A controlled backend assessment surface currently exists for this capability.
Private / on-premise integration onlyNo automated PayPal checkout. Access is granted only under negotiated commercial entitlement.
Rights structure
Exclusive rights are defined by field of use, program scope, territory, term, sublicensing and technical-data rights. Underlying BivectorAI Background IP remains owned by BivectorAI unless expressly assigned.
Annual sustainment
May include updates, integration support, security maintenance, evidence infrastructure, validation support and agreed engineering services.
Revenue participation
Applied to attributable net program revenue under a definitive agreement with negotiated exclusions, reporting and audit terms.
