Tactical Mission Network, PACE & DDIL Resilience
Commercial referenceDEF-021
When contacting BivectorAI, quote DEF-021 — Tactical Mission Network, PACE & DDIL Resilience.
Who this is for
Tactical network engineering leads and PACE-plan owners who need mission-service evidence, not just link-level availability.
The problem you already have
Individual links can stay up while the mission service they carry fails
A DDIL network can preserve every individual link while the mission service running over it still fails, because path diversity, store-and-forward state and reconnect reconciliation weren't consistent across the links that stayed up.
Primary and Alternate can look like two paths and fail as one
A PACE plan can list Primary and Alternate paths using entirely different satellite constellations, different frequencies, different hardware — and still both route through the same local ground gateway. If that shared gateway fails, both "independent" paths fail together, and nobody finds out until the outage that was supposed to be covered by redundancy.
This works from path and reconciliation telemetry, not network control access
Never requested, and structurally rejected if submitted: live network control access, classified PACE-plan details, or raw traffic content.
Real-World Operational Scenario: The Primary and Alternate That Were Never Actually Two Paths
Scenario: A PACE plan lists SATCOM Primary and SATCOM Alternate as independent paths.
Different satellite constellations, different frequencies — on paper, genuinely separate options.
WITHOUT this check: Both paths show as up, so the PACE plan is treated as fully redundant — if Primary fails, Alternate is assumed to pick up seamlessly since it's a "different" path.
WITH this check: The false-redundancy detector finds that despite using different constellations, both paths route through the same local ground gateway and backhaul connection. The certificate reports this shared dependency explicitly, so the PACE plan's actual redundancy is visible before it's tested by an outage, not after.
What you provide
Redacted path-diversity, store-and-forward, and reconnect-reconciliation telemetry already logged by your tactical network.
What BivectorAI Provides
PACE Alternatives Checked for Shared Roots, Not Just Different Names
Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency paths are checked for shared gateways, backhaul, timing, or power dependencies — a nominal path count is never mistaken for real redundant capacity.
DDIL Is Attenuated Per Service, Not as One Network-Wide Flag
Voice, command traffic, and large ISR files can each land in a different degraded state — command-minimum, store-forward-only, delay-tolerant — instead of collapsing every service into the same binary up/down status.
Reconnection Requires Reconciliation, Not Just Link Restoration
A link coming back doesn't restore mission-service authority until session, configuration, and queued-data backlog are reconciled — old data doesn't get presented as current just because the connection returned.
Hash-Sealed Certificates for Post-Event Review
Every service-authority classification traces back to the exact path, PACE, and reconciliation evidence that justified it at the time.
What we will never ask you for
Never requested, and structurally rejected if submitted: live network control access, classified PACE-plan details, or raw traffic content, or your system's core design data. Every submission is checked against this rejection list before any evidence logic runs — a malformed or over-broad submission is blocked and reported back to you, not silently processed.

Engagement path & current acquisition terms
DEF-021 · Tier C — Strategic Sensing / Infrastructure
Secures a defined diligence and exclusive-negotiation period. Any option credit is agreed in writing as part of the signed commercial terms.
Starting integration engineering, customer-safe adaptation, local/private deployment work, validation and acceptance evidence for the agreed environment.
Scope-dependent consideration for negotiated exclusivity in a defined field, program, platform class, territory and rights scope.
Engineering support, update access, security maintenance, evidence infrastructure and agreed sustainment services.
Applied to attributable net program revenue under the definitive agreement, subject to negotiated exclusions and accounting rules.
Commercial boundary. These are indicative starting terms, not a binding offer. Final price depends on exclusivity scope, field of use, territory, sublicensing, technical-data rights, integration obligations, export-control review, support requirements and definitive agreement.
IP boundary. Exclusive FOU does not automatically transfer ownership of BivectorAI Background IP. Worldwide/all-defense rights, sublicensing, source-level technical-data rights or assignment require separate negotiated consideration.
