Immune & Autoimmune Trend Assurance
A bounded trend assessment across two related monitoring workflows — autoimmune flare risk and immune-cascade (cytokine-storm) risk — turning a short series of measurements you already collect into a bounded, three-tier read with an explicit safety flag when multiple signals move together.
Research-use only. This is not a medical device, not clinical advice, and not FDA-cleared. Every result is a research-grade trend signal for your own review process, never a diagnosis or a treatment decision.
Who this is for
Clinical trial safety-monitoring teams
Teams tracking autoimmune-disease trial participants for early flare trends across a monitoring window.
Translational immunology research groups
Teams studying immune dysregulation or cytokine-storm risk who need a consistent trend read across many research cases.
Pharmacovigilance and drug-safety teams
Teams monitoring immune-related adverse events across a study population and needing a defensible flagging standard.
Academic rheumatology and immunology labs
Research teams who need a bounded, reproducible read on longitudinal patient-monitoring data for a study.
The problem you already have
A single abnormal reading does not establish an immune trend
Part 38 treats immune-response and autoimmune evidence as ordered causal state changes rather than isolated measurements. S07 therefore requires a time-ordered monitoring series and keeps direction-of-change visible before any warning-level research signal is emitted.
Different immune signals can move together before the overall pattern is obvious
The relevant patent lineage separates immune-cascade progression from autoimmune-flare monitoring while preserving multi-signal consistency. That matters when disease activity, autoantibody, complement, cytokine-related or ferritin evidence changes together across a window.
A research trend signal must not become a clinical decision
Part 38 explicitly limits its biomedical outputs to computational research proxies requiring experimental and clinical validation. S07 therefore produces a bounded trend read, safety flag and evidence record while diagnosis, treatment and patient-care authority remain outside the system.
Real-World Operational Scenario: The Case That Looked Stable Until Three Independent Signals Turned Together
Scenario: One monitoring value changes only modestly, but several independent signals begin moving in the same unfavorable direction.
A trial-safety or translational-immunology team is following an anonymized time series. No single measurement is dramatic enough to dominate the review, yet the combined pattern is becoming less consistent with the earlier stable state.
WITHOUT this gate: Each chart can look individually tolerable and the cross-signal trend may be recognized late or inconsistently between reviewers.
WITH this gate: The time-ordered series is reviewed under one bounded contract. Autoimmune or immune-cascade escalation is only surfaced when the required trend conditions are met, the rate of change remains visible, and the result is explicitly labeled for human research or trial-safety review rather than diagnosis.
What BivectorAI Provides
Longitudinal Immune-State Review
Evaluates the supplied monitoring series as an ordered sequence so direction and consistency across multiple measurements remain part of the evidence.
Multi-Signal Escalation Gate
Preserves whether several independent signals move together strongly enough to justify a higher research-review tier instead of escalating on one isolated reading.
Rate-of-Change and Safety Evidence
Keeps worsening-versus-improving direction and the supported safety flag visible beside the three-tier trend result for the selected workflow.
Research-Only Human Authority Boundary
Outputs remain research-grade monitoring evidence. They do not diagnose disease, predict a clinical outcome with validated certainty, prescribe treatment or replace qualified trial-safety and clinical review.
Prove the Gate Before Broader Integration
Back-test S07 against frozen historical monitoring series before embedding it deeper in a study workflow.
Use the same anonymized summary fields S07 already accepts. Freeze the minimum-series requirement, three-tier state logic, multi-signal escalation rule and safety-flag criteria before revealing the historical expert disposition, then measure whether escalation-worthy trends are surfaced consistently without converting research proxies into clinical claims.
What you provide
A short time-ordered series (at least two monitoring points) of the standard measurements your protocol already collects. For autoimmune flare tracking: a disease-activity trend, an autoantibody trend and a complement trend. For immune-cascade tracking: a response-time trend, an antigen-load trend, a CD4 count trend, a cytokine-ratio trend and a ferritin level. Every case is identified only by an anonymized case ID — the system checks each ID and rejects it if it looks like it contains a name, date of birth, SSN or medical record number.
What BivectorAI actually hands you
Autoimmune trend read
A bounded three-tier research read — remission, flare warning or flare onset — with onset-level escalation preserved only when the required independent trends move together.
Immune-cascade trend read
A bounded three-tier research read — normal, elevated or dysregulated — tied to the submitted time-ordered immune-cascade series.
Trend / safety indicators
The supported rate-of-change indicator plus the relevant research safety flag, including the existing hyperferritinemia flag where the supplied workflow supports it.
Tamper-evident research package
A timestamped evidence record linking the anonymized series to the returned state, trend indicators, safety flag and explicit research-use-only boundary.
What we will never ask you for
Immune and trial-safety monitoring can involve sensitive longitudinal health information. This assessment is built to run on anonymized, already-summarized monitoring data, so patient records and identifying information stay outside the engagement.
We will never ask you for:
- patient names, dates of birth, SSNs or medical record numbers;
- any other patient-identifying information;
- raw clinical charts or full patient records;
- a single snapshot reading — the assessment requires an anonymized monitoring series, not identifiable case data.
Every case ID you submit is checked and rejected if it appears to contain an identifiable token.
How it actually runs
01 — You share an anonymized monitoring series
At least two time-ordered readings, tagged only with an anonymized case ID, for either the autoimmune or the immune-cascade workflow.
02 — We validate the series
The case ID is checked for identifiable tokens and the series is checked for a minimum of two readings before any trend logic runs.
03 — You receive the evidence-backed trend read
A bounded three-tier read for the workflow you selected, plus the relevant trend indicator and a certificate for your file.
04 — You decide
The result feeds your research review or trial-safety monitoring. It is never a diagnosis and never a clinical or treatment decision by itself.
Strategic commercial terms
Strategic technology — direct commercial agreement only. No automated checkout applies to this strategic line; every engagement is scoped with you directly.
We do not open with an annual license. The first engagement is a fixed-scope pilot run against a batch of your own anonymized monitoring series. If the assessment doesn't sharpen your review process, there is no reason to move into a broader commercial commitment; you keep the pilot record and stop there.
Case-series pilot
Fixed scope
A batch of your own anonymized monitoring series, each with a evidence-backed trend read — quoted per engagement, no ongoing commitment.
Private integration / NRE
On request
Environment setup, data-mapping validation, acceptance evidence and controlled deployment scope.
Annual technology license
On request
Ongoing access within the agreed field, program and deployment boundary.
Program / campaign
On request
Scoped to a single research or trial-safety program where the assessment generates substantial exportable decision value.
Exclusive field-of-use rights, sublicensing, source-level technical data, IP assignment, unusually broad bulk usage, and dedicated infrastructure are negotiated separately and are not included in the annual license.
