Autonomous Commercial Fleet Evidence Assurance
Review commercial-vehicle and logistics replay evidence before a proposed fleet scenario is promoted toward physical testing.
Who this is for
- Commercial-vehicle autonomy validation leads.
- Vehicle integration and operational-safety engineers.
- Fleet release and program managers preparing evidence before road or fleet trials.
The problem you already have
Mass, payload and braking evidence can invalidate a replay before any road test begins
Part 46 includes commercial-logistics vehicle assurance where cargo weight changes braking-distance and dock-approach evidence. For this product, that becomes a bounded software-in-the-loop review of whether the supplied mass, payload, stopping and maneuver context is coherent enough to advance toward physical testing.
Trailer, cargo and route constraints can disappear inside an aggregate autonomy score
A fleet candidate can look acceptable at summary level while one replay depends on a trailer state, cargo condition, route restriction or operational-domain assumption that is not actually supported by the supplied evidence. Those local constraints need their own disposition rather than being averaged away.
Fleet evidence assurance must remain separate from live-vehicle and deployment authority
The current evidence boundary is software-in-the-loop and replay only. BivectorAI does not control a live commercial vehicle, issue actuator commands, authorize route operation, grant fleet deployment or claim HIL, road-validation, production or functional-safety certification.
Real-World Operational Scenario: The Route Replay That Passed Until the Payload Changed the Stopping Margin
Scenario: A commercial-vehicle replay looks acceptable under the nominal vehicle setup, but the actual payload and trailer state increase the stopping requirement for one route segment.
The fleet-validation team needs to decide whether the replay can advance toward physical testing or should remain review-blocked.
WITHOUT this gate: route completion or aggregate autonomy KPIs can hide the fact that payload, trailer or braking assumptions no longer match the scenario being promoted.
WITH this gate: the supplied vehicle, payload, braking, route, trailer, cargo, fleet-authority and multisensor evidence is reviewed under one bounded replay contract. The decision remains an evidence disposition; physical escalation and fleet operation stay with the customer.
What BivectorAI Provides
Payload / Mass / Stopping Evidence Review
Reviews supplied commercial-vehicle mass, payload and stopping-context evidence for internal consistency before a replay is promoted toward physical testing.
Trailer / Cargo / Dock-Approach Constraint Review
Uses Part 46 commercial-logistics lineage to surface trailer, cargo and low-speed precision-maneuver constraints without claiming live control of the vehicle.
Route / ODD / Remote-Assistance Boundary Review
Flags route, operating-domain or remote-assistance assumptions that are missing, stale or outside the supplied authority context for the agreed replay.
SIL-Only Fleet Escalation Boundary
Returns a bounded replay disposition while live fleet control, HIL/road validation, production certification, functional-safety certification and deployment authority remain outside scope.
Prove the Gate Before Broader Integration
Back-test the fleet replay gate against frozen historical commercial-vehicle scenarios with known engineering disposition.
Freeze the accepted vehicle/payload/braking fields, trailer/cargo state, route and fleet-authority context, multisensor evidence and advance/review/block criteria before revealing the historical disposition. Broader integration is justified only if the same contract reproducibly surfaces material scenario constraints before physical escalation. This is a proposed validation methodology, not proof of road safety or production certification.
What you provide
Redacted software-in-the-loop replay evidence covering the agreed vehicle, payload, braking, route, trailer, cargo, fleet-authority and multisensor context.
What BivectorAI actually hands you
Replay-level evidence disposition
A bounded advance / review / block disposition for each supplied replay under the agreed commercial-vehicle evidence scope.
Mass / payload / stopping findings
A concise record of supplied mass, payload, braking, trailer and cargo conditions that support or weaken promotion toward physical testing.
Fleet / route / remote-assistance flags
An explicit list of route, fleet-authority, operational-domain or remote-assistance assumptions requiring customer engineering review.
Deterministic input-linked replay record
A retained record tying the evidence disposition to the exact supplied replay package for customer engineering disposition.
What we will never ask you for
Commercial-fleet autonomy review can start from customer-controlled software-in-the-loop replay evidence rather than a live fleet connection.
- Live commercial-vehicle control.
- Vehicle or actuator command credentials.
- Production fleet credentials.
- Unnecessary proprietary logistics data when redacted replay evidence is sufficient.
How it actually runs
Start with a bounded evaluation, not a large commitment
Fixed scope / quoted per engagement. We define the evidence boundary, inputs, outputs and acceptance criteria before work begins.
We do not open with an annual license. If the bounded fleet evidence review does not establish useful decision evidence on the agreed customer-controlled problem, there is no reason to move into a broader commercial commitment.
Environment mapping, bounded data contract and agreed evidence-delivery scope.
Annual commercial access within the agreed product and deployment boundary.
Fixed program scope where a bounded evidence engagement is preferred.
Current evidence boundary: software-in-the-loop and replay evidence only. BivectorAI does not control a live commercial vehicle. Fleet deployment, HIL or road validation, production certification, functional-safety certification and customer validation are not claimed.
