Cross-Chain Bridge Integrity Evidence Assurance
Review modeled cross-chain bridge evidence for integrity gaps before findings are used in production-security or deployment decisions.
Who this is for
Cross-chain protocol engineers, bridge-security leads and technical-diligence reviewers evaluating bounded interoperability evidence.
The problem you already have
A bridge can verify one parameter set while execution consumes a larger one
Part 48 defines the Witness Gap problem: the cryptographically witnessed parameters can be narrower than the parameters later consumed during execution. For this product, that supports a bounded offline review of whether caller-supplied message, receiver, fee, options, witness and transition evidence stay structurally aligned.
A valid signature or proof does not automatically prove execution-state integrity
Cross-chain evidence can look cryptographically valid while an unwitnessed execution field changes the effective transition. The review therefore keeps witness coverage, execution parameters, state-transition assumptions and configuration context linked to the same modeled bridge case.
Bridge integrity review must remain separate from live-chain authority
The demonstrated workflow is deterministic and offline-only. BivectorAI does not request signer/admin keys, submit transactions, custody funds, perform production-chain RPC in the demonstrated test evidence or claim production certification.
Real-World Operational Scenario: The Message That Verified but Executed with One Unwitnessed Parameter
Scenario: A modeled bridge message passes its expected cryptographic checks, but one execution-time option or receiver-related field is outside the parameter set actually bound by the witness.
The security team needs to decide whether the finding is structurally safe, review-required or blocked before it influences production remediation or deployment decisions.
WITHOUT this gate: “proof verified” can be treated as equivalent to “execution relationship verified,” even when the consumed parameter set is broader than the signed/witnessed set.
WITH this gate: witness coverage, execution parameters, state-transition relationships and configuration assumptions are reviewed together. Any structural gap remains explicit, while transaction execution and production authority stay outside BivectorAI.
What BivectorAI Provides
Witness-to-Execution Coverage Review
Uses Part 48 technical lineage to compare the caller-supplied parameters represented by cryptographic witnesses against those consumed by the modeled execution path.
State-Transition & Configuration Consistency Review
Checks whether supplied message, receiver, fee, option and transition relationships remain coherent across the exact modeled bridge case.
Structural Gap Prioritization
Separates stronger integrity evidence from parameter or witness gaps that deserve remediation or deeper expert review before production-security decisions.
Offline-Only Transaction-Authority Boundary
Returns deterministic research findings while RPC execution, signing, custody, transaction authorization and production certification remain outside scope.
Prove the Gate Before Broader Integration
Back-test the integrity gate against frozen modeled bridge cases with known expert-security disposition.
Freeze the accepted witness fields, execution-parameter set, configuration assumptions, state-transition relationships and structural-gap criteria before revealing the historical disposition. Broader integration is justified only if the same contract reproducibly surfaces material witness/execution mismatches. This is a proposed validation methodology, not experimental validation or production certification.
What you provide
A bounded bridge model, configuration snapshot or customer-supplied evidence package covering the agreed cross-chain integrity question.
What BivectorAI actually hands you
Deterministic bridge-integrity findings
A bounded finding tied to the exact supplied bridge model, witness set, configuration and transition question.
Prioritized witness / parameter gap flags
An explicit list of unwitnessed, mismatched or under-evidenced parameters that deserve remediation or deeper expert review.
Comparable modeled-case findings
A consistent review basis across modeled bridge cases when comparative analysis is included in the agreed scope.
Hash-bound input-linked research evidence
A retained integrity artifact tying the returned findings to the exact supplied offline evidence package for expert review.
What we will never ask you for
The current workflow is a bounded offline integrity review, so private keys, transaction authority, custody and unnecessary production-chain access are not part of the engagement.
- Bridge administrator or signer private keys.
- Authority to submit or sign cross-chain transactions.
- Custody of tokens or customer funds.
- Production-chain credentials when an offline evidence package is sufficient.
How it actually runs
Start with a bounded evaluation, not a large commitment
Fixed scope / quoted per engagement. We define the evidence boundary, inputs, outputs and acceptance criteria before work begins.
If the bounded offline bridge review does not establish that the integrity evidence is useful for the agreed cross-chain question, there is no reason to move into a broader commercial commitment.
Environment mapping, bounded data contract and agreed evidence-delivery scope.
Annual commercial access within the agreed product and deployment boundary.
Fixed program scope where a bounded evidence engagement is preferred.
Current status: implemented research module pending experimental validation. The demonstrated workflow is deterministic and offline-only and does not make blockchain RPC calls in its test evidence. It is not production-certified and does not execute, sign or authorize cross-chain transactions.
